Immediately after World War 2, Alexander Ng, still a child, left his beloved KaiPing MuYangCun village for the Philippines. He was educated and grew up there. He was engaged in the restaurant business until he immigrated to the U.S.A. in the 1970's. He worked in the State of California Welfare Department until his retirement in the 1990's when he took on an additional profession as real estate broker. He is community service minded, being an active member of the Bing Gong Association and taking on the role of presidency of the Eng Family Assn since 2003. He is an avid Mahjong player and gladly fills in as a fourth at a moments' notice.
